More about our speaker:
Susan Hochsprung is vice president of sales for CUNA Mutual Group. In this role she is responsible for leading the sales teams who serve credit unions in 29 western states.
Hochsprung joined CUNA Mutual Group in 1997 as a Member Services specialist and then became a Property & Casualty specialist with the North Central Marketing division.
Later, she became the regional vice president of Corporate Services for the Northeast and Midwest Marketing Divisions. In 2006, with the creation of National Accounts, she served as a sales manager for National Account Property & Casualty specialists. She was promoted to Director of Commercial Sales Specialists in 2007 and to Vice President, Sales Specialists in 2013 before accepting her current role as Vice President, Sales in 2018.
Prior to joining CUNA Mutual Group, Hochsprung spent five years in sales and marketing with Forsythe Appraisals and Prudential Home Mortgage.
Hochsprung earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota along with a Master of Business Administration from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, Minn. She earned her Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation in 2010.
